Burger night is a big hit at my house! Cooking burgers in the air fryer is quick, and cleanup is incredibly quick. It’s a simple dinner that everyone loves.
about 15 minutes is the prep time.

Ingredients

  1. Lean ground beef, one pound 80/20
  2. Half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  3. Half a teaspoon of onion powder
  4. Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
  5. Optional: ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  6. To serve four hamburger buns with toppings of your choosing

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the meat, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Make 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Using your thumb, make a little indentation in the center of the patty. If using, brush patties with barbecue sauce.
  • Set the air fryer’s temperature to 370°F. Place the patties in the basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for six minutes. Cook the burger for a further three to five minutes, or until the beef reaches 160°F.
    If using, add cheese and simmer for an additional minute. Put on buns.
