Burger night is a big hit at my house! Cooking burgers in the air fryer is quick, and cleanup is incredibly quick. It’s a simple dinner that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- Lean ground beef, one pound 80/20
- Half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- Half a teaspoon of onion powder
- Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
- Optional: ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- To serve four hamburger buns with toppings of your choosing
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the meat, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Make 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Using your thumb, make a little indentation in the center of the patty. If using, brush patties with barbecue sauce.
- Set the air fryer’s temperature to 370°F. Place the patties in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for six minutes. Cook the burger for a further three to five minutes, or until the beef reaches 160°F.
If using, add cheese and simmer for an additional minute. Put on buns.
