Ingredients
10 ounce can chicken breast (drained and patted dry).
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, salt and pepper)
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Drain the chicken and squeeze dry. Add egg, and cheeses and mix until combined.
- Divide mixture into 8 nuggets, shaping them with your hands to come together.
- Spray with avocado oil spray and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and fruit and veggies on the side.
