Carnivore Bread recipe

Carnivore Bread recipe

Here’s a simple Carnivore Bread recipe that’s entirely animal-based:
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
1 cup beef tallow, melted (or butter, ghee, or lard)
2 cups pork rinds, finely ground into a powder
1 teaspoon salt (optional, depending on taste)
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional, to help it rise slightly; omit if strict carnivore)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with tallow or butter.
2. Prepare pork rind flour:
Blend pork rinds into a fine powder using a food processor or blender.
3. Mix wet ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Slowly add the melted tallow, mixing continuously to prevent the eggs from cooking.
4. Combine dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix the pork rind powder and salt (and baking powder if using).
5. Mix everything:
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
6. Pour into pan:
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top.
7. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Cool and slice:
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing. It will firm up as it cools.
Tips:
This bread is dense and savory, making it perfect for sandwiches or as a base for other carnivore-friendly meals.
If you want to enhance the flavor, add shredded cheese or bacon bits to the batter.
Let me know how it turns out!
