Carnivore Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese v
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 3 oz Pork Rind Crumbs (use these pork rinds– amazon link)
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • 1.5 oz Egg White Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  • Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
