Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 8 oz Cream Cheese v
- 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 3 oz Pork Rind Crumbs (use these pork rinds– amazon link)
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
- 1.5 oz Egg White Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
