Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage (pork, beef, or your favorite)
  • 4 cups hashbrowns (shredded or cubed, made from either pork rinds or cauliflower for a low-carb option)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
