CARNIVORE ICE CREAM

Super easy to make and healthier than anything in the store. This also makes a great base to which you can add stuff for a keto version for the family. Even if your family doesn’t do carnivore, there’s no reason you should let them eat the chemical-laden, poison-filled junk from the store.
This pint cost 1.36 and has 4 ingredients! The absolute cheapest, crappiest pint of vanilla ice cream from the store cost $2.50 and contains sucrose, fructose, dextrose, artificial flavors, artificial colors, guar gum, carob bean gum and no less than 14 ingredients!

Ingredients:

– 8oz Heavy Cream
8 oz. Whole Milk
– 2 Egg Yolks
– ½ tsp Salt

Directions:

(OK, I thought this part wasn’t necessary, but some of you have never made homemade ice cream before)
– Whisk ingredients together in a metal or glass bowl
– Place inside a larger bowl that contains ice and salt
– Use a hand mixer to stir until it thickens
– For a smoother consistency, place in freezer for 1hr and then mix again
