Ingredients

  1. 1 lb = 450 g ground chicken
  2. 1 cup = 240 ml shredded cheese
  3. 1 organic free-range egg
  4. 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a hand until well combined, about 1 minute.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Pat with wet hands until 1/4-inch (0.6 cm) thick and round.
