Carnivore Sandwich Bread 

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken


- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup almond flour (optional, for texture)

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter.

- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, almond flour (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top to create an even layer.

- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is firm, golden brown on top, and cooked through.


- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

- Serve as a base for your favorite carnivore sandwich or enjoy it on its own with a dollop of butter.

Optional Garnish:
- Add a sprinkle of garlic powder or freshly chopped parsley
for extra flavor and color.
