Carnivore Triple Layer Cheesecake

Carnivore Triple Layer Cheesecake

This Carnivore Triple Layer Cheesecake is a rich, creamy, and indulgent dessert made entirely from animal-based ingredients. Perfect for those following a carnivore or keto lifestyle, it delivers all the satisfaction of a traditional cheesecake without sugar or flour. With three distinct layers—a savory, buttery crust, a smooth baked cheesecake center, and a light, fluffy cream topping—this dessert is both unique and delicious.

Ingredients

Layer 1 – Carnivore Crust
1 cup crushed pork rinds
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese

Layer 2 – Cheesecake Filling
16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
1–2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (optional for keto)

Layer 3 – Cream Topping
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon powdered sweetener (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds, melted butter, and cream cheese. Mix until the texture resembles a crumbly dough. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a firm base. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then remove and let it cool slightly.

2. Make the cheesecake filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition to avoid overbeating. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined and silky. If using a sweetener, mix it in at this stage. Pour the filling over the prepared crust.

3. Bake the cheesecake
Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is just slightly set but still soft. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 15 minutes to prevent cracking. Remove it, allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

4. Prepare the cream topping
In a bowl, beat together the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetener if desired. Spread this creamy layer evenly over the chilled cheesecake before serving.
