Cereal Smoothie

Start your day with a twist! My cereal smoothie combines the crunch of cereal with the creaminess of a smoothie for a delicious breakfast treat

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of cereal of choice.
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of low-fat milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If you are using a low-speed blender, soak the cereal in the milk for 5 minutes first.
  2. If using a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients together.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or a cup, and add extra cereal on top if you like.
