Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Filling:

1 cup cooked broccoli, finely chopped

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For Topping:

½ cup shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese mix

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

 Prep the Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.

Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.

Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture and secure it with toothpicks if needed.

Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
