Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls (Air Fryer)
Crispy, golden crescent rolls filled with creamy, cheesy shredded chicken – made quick and delicious in the air fryer! These are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or easy dinner and are ready in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients:
Makes 8 rolls
1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or leftover works great)
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Optional: Parmesan & parsley for topping
Filling Prep:
Make the Cheesy Chicken Filling (5 minutes):
In a bowl, mix:
Shredded chicken
Cream cheese
Shredded cheddar
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
Green onions (if using)
Mix until fully combined into a creamy filling.
Roll Assembly:
Assemble the Rolls (5 minutes):
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of filling onto the wider end of each triangle.
Roll up from the wide end to the narrow end, sealing edges slightly.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
(Optional) Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
Air Frying Instructions:
Cook in the Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
Place crescent rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do in batches if needed).
Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Tips for Best Results:
Don’t overfill the dough – it can leak during cooking.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes or jalapeños to the filling.
These freeze well! Assemble and freeze unbaked; cook from frozen for 12–14 minutes at 330°F.
