Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe
It’s unexpected to use chicken breast in this fashion, but these Cheesy Chicken Fritters work really well. These fritters have a great flavour and are moist and tender. These are the chicken patties for you if you enjoy simple chicken recipes!
Components:
- One pound of chicken, ground
- One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- two minced garlic cloves
- One tsp powdered onion
- One tsp of dehydrated oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
Cooking spray
Directions:
- Ground chicken, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, mayonnaise, chopped garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Blend thoroughly until all components are uniformly blended.
