Cheesy Garlic Bread with Honey Dip

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 200g Bread flour
- 5g (0.5 tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 8g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 4g (0.5 tbsp) Salt
- 15g (2 tbsp) Olive oil (Cooking oil can be used)
- 120ml Warm water
Garlic Sauce:
- 10g (0.5 tbsp) Minced garlic
- 20g (2 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
- 30g (1 big tbsp) Cream cheese
Toppings:
- 280g Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano (can be omitted, parsley can be used)
Dipping Sauce:
- Honey
- Tomato Sauce
Instructions:
Dough:
- Mix bread flour, instant dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough into two pieces, 22cmx17cm each.
Garlic Sauce:
- Mix minced garlic, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
Assembly:
- Spread garlic sauce on the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and oregano (or parsley).
- Roll up the dough tightly and seal the edges.
- Slice into fingers.
Baking:
- Place the fingers on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
Dipping:
- Serve with a side of honey and tomato sauce for dipping.
