Cheesy Garlic Bread with Honey Dip

Indulge in the irresistible goodness of these cheesy garlic fingers! Perfect for 2-4 people.

📝 Ingredients:


  • 200g Bread flour 🍞
  • 5g (0.5 tbsp) Instant dry yeast 🧁
  • 8g (1 tbsp) Sugar 🍬
  • 4g (0.5 tbsp) Salt 🧂
  • 15g (2 tbsp) Olive oil (Cooking oil can be used) 🫒
  • 120ml Warm water 💧

Garlic Sauce:

  • 10g (0.5 tbsp) Minced garlic 🧄
  • 20g (2 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter 🧈
  • 30g (1 big tbsp) Cream cheese 🧀


  • 280g Mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • Parmesan Cheese 🧀
  • Oregano (can be omitted, parsley can be used) 🌿

Dipping Sauce:

  • Honey 🍯
  • Tomato Sauce 🍅

👩‍🍳 Instructions:


  1. Mix bread flour, instant dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out dough into two pieces, 22cmx17cm each.

Garlic Sauce:

  1. Mix minced garlic, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.


  1. Spread garlic sauce on the dough.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and oregano (or parsley).
  3. Roll up the dough tightly and seal the edges.
  4. Slice into fingers.


  1. Place the fingers on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes, until golden.


  1. Serve with a side of honey and tomato sauce for dipping.
