Cheesy Garlic Tater Tot Casserole
Heavy cream, cheddar cheese soup, frozen tater tots, garlic puree, and shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese are all used in this simple potato side dish recipe for Cheesy Garlic Tater Tot Casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 28 oz frozen tater tots
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Set oven temperature to 375°F.
- Fill a large mixing bowl with heavy cream, cheddar cheese soup, garlic puree, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Until smooth, whisk.
- Fill the bowl with frozen tater tots.
- Stir the tater tots until the sauce coats them all.
- To the bowl, add 2 cups of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese mixture.
- To the bowl, add the parmesan cheese.
- Stir well once more.
- Spread the tater tot mixture equally in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been buttered.
- On top, scatter the remaining cup of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese combination.
- Put the casserole in the oven and cook it until it is bubbling and the top of the cheese is beginning to turn golden. 50 to 55 minutes.
- After taking the casserole out of the oven, let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve and savor!
