Cheesy Ham and Egg Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

  • – 12 slices of bread
  • – 12 slices of cheese
  • – 6 slices of ham
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 100ml milk
  • – A pinch of salt
  • – Butter

Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 190-200°C (375-390°F).
2. Place slices of cheese and ham between the bread slices, creating 6 sandwiches.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.
4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated evenly.
5. Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
6. Place the dipped sandwiches in the pan and cook until they are golden brown on both sides.
7. Transfer the sandwiches to a baking sheet.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are crispy.
9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
