4 small bell peppers (any color)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For Topping (Optional):

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon sesame seeds or grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

 Prepare the Homemade Bread Dough

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
