Cherry Cheesecake 🍒🍰
Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup melted butter
– 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

3. Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream.

4. Bake the cheesecake: Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen the edges with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

5. Add cherry topping: Spread cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake right before serving.
