- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1 small scoop of protein powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk from a carton (unsweetened)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the yogurt, cacao, and coconut milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Pour into a glass cup, and drink it!
