Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones 🍗🧀

Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
¾ cup Alfredo sauce
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp black pepper
Olive oil (for brushing)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into 6-8 inch circles (about ¼ inch thick).
Fill the Calzones:
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken Alfredo filling onto one side of each dough circle, leaving space around the edges.
Fold the dough over the filling, creating a half-moon shape. Press the edges together with a fork to seal tightly.
Air Fry the Calzones:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly brush the tops of the calzones with olive oil. Place the calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the calzones are golden brown and crispy. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Serve:
Once cooked, remove the calzones from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley.
