This chicken fried rice in an air fryer

Ingredients

  1. Three eggs
  2. Two cups (500g) of cooked, cooled white rice
  3. One large chicken breast,
  4. approximately 210g, is equivalent to 1½ cups of cooked chicken
  5. One cup of 140g frozen carrots and peas
  6. Three tablespoons of soy sauce
  7. One teaspoon of ground ginger
  8. Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
  9. 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) of oil

Directions

  • Set the air fryer’s temperature to 350°F. Transfer the broken eggs to a small pot and set it over medium heat.
  • To prepare scrambled eggs, whisk and cook. Place the eggs and the remaining ingredients in a baking dish that can be placed inside the air fryer.
  • Mix thoroughly to blend. Put in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Every five minutes, stir the rice. The entire cooking time will range from 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the type of air fryer you own.
  • When serving, the rice should be steaming hot.
