This chicken fried rice in an air fryer
is easy to prepare and tastes fantastic.
Ingredients
- Three eggs
- Two cups (500g) of cooked, cooled white rice
- One large chicken breast,
- approximately 210g, is equivalent to 1½ cups of cooked chicken
- One cup of 140g frozen carrots and peas
- Three tablespoons of soy sauce
- One teaspoon of ground ginger
- Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) of oil
Directions
- Set the air fryer’s temperature to 350°F. Transfer the broken eggs to a small pot and set it over medium heat.
- To prepare scrambled eggs, whisk and cook. Place the eggs and the remaining ingredients in a baking dish that can be placed inside the air fryer.
- Mix thoroughly to blend. Put in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Every five minutes, stir the rice. The entire cooking time will range from 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the type of air fryer you own.
- When serving, the rice should be steaming hot.
