Chicken Nuggets

Using basic items from your cupboard, this recipe for canned chicken nuggets is bursting with flavour. Chicken nuggets from the air fryer are delicious as an appetizer, dinner, or low-carb snack.

Ingredients

  1. One 12.5-ounce can of chicken breasts
  2. Half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  3. One-half teaspoon of powdered garlic
  4. Half a teaspoon of onion powder
  5. Half a teaspoon of Italian spice
  6. Black pepper and salt to taste (optional)
  7. One beaten egg

Directions

  • Apply non-stick cooking spray to the basket of an air fryer and set it aside.
  • Pour the canned chicken’s juice into a mixing dish after carefully draining it. To separate the meat, use a fork.
  • Add the egg, seasonings, and mozzarella cheese. Combine thoroughly, shape into nuggets, and transfer to the air fryer basket that has been prepared. Keep in mind that you can alternatively briefly pulse the chicken in a food processor if it’s stringy. However, don’t overthink things.
  • For 12 to 15 minutes, air fried at 350°F until golden brown. After 12 minutes, check them; if they are not sufficiently browned, return them for another 2 to 3 minutes. The size of your air fryer will determine whether you need to perform them in batches.
  • Before eating, let it cool. Keep leftovers in a tightly sealed container. If desired, serve with dipping sauces.
