Chicken Ranch Wraps
Ingredients:
For Grilled Chicken:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Ranch Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Grilled Chicken:
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
Ranch Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Adjust the seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk.
Assembling the Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas according to the package instructions.
Spread a generous spoonful of ranch dressing on each tortilla.
Place a portion of the grilled chicken strips on the tortilla.
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, creating a wrap.
Serve the Chicken Ranch Wraps immediately, or you can wrap them in foil for a convenient on-the-go meal. Feel free to customize the wraps with your favorite veggies or add avocado for extra creaminess. Enjoy!
