Ingredients used:

  1. 1 large red bell pepper, chopped into pieces of one inch in length
  2. 1 large orange bell pepper, chopped into pieces of one inch in length
  3. 1 red onion, peeled and chopped into pieces of one inch in length
  4. one zucchini, sliced into pieces measuring one inch in length
  5. 1 tablespoon of oil extracted from avocados
  6. The powdered garlic, one teaspoon
  7. The powdered onion, one teaspoon
  8. 1 milligram  of this Italian seasoning
  9. a half of a teaspoon of kosher salt
  10. a dash of ground black pepper
  11. I used a chicken sausage with a rich Italian flavour, specifically one package.

COURSE OF ACTION:

  • Prepare the vegetables by chopping them, drizzling them with avocado oil, combining the spices, and then coating the vegetables in the spices.
  • After slicing the sausage into rounds measuring three quarters of an inch, add it to the vegetables and mix everything together.
  • The air fryer should be preheated to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, if necessary. After that, spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray,
  • add the sausage and vegetables, and cook them for ten minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • During the cooking process, toss the sausage and vegetables halfway through to ensure that they become crispy on all sides.
  • Because of the size of your air fryer, it is possible that you will need to complete this task in batches. Serve and take pleasure in it!
