chicken sausage and vegetables cooked in an air fryer
Ingredients used:
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped into pieces of one inch in length
- 1 large orange bell pepper, chopped into pieces of one inch in length
- 1 red onion, peeled and chopped into pieces of one inch in length
- one zucchini, sliced into pieces measuring one inch in length
- 1 tablespoon of oil extracted from avocados
- The powdered garlic, one teaspoon
- The powdered onion, one teaspoon
- 1 milligram of this Italian seasoning
- a half of a teaspoon of kosher salt
- a dash of ground black pepper
- I used a chicken sausage with a rich Italian flavour, specifically one package.
COURSE OF ACTION:
- Prepare the vegetables by chopping them, drizzling them with avocado oil, combining the spices, and then coating the vegetables in the spices.
- After slicing the sausage into rounds measuring three quarters of an inch, add it to the vegetables and mix everything together.
- The air fryer should be preheated to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, if necessary. After that, spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray,
- add the sausage and vegetables, and cook them for ten minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
- During the cooking process, toss the sausage and vegetables halfway through to ensure that they become crispy on all sides.
- Because of the size of your air fryer, it is possible that you will need to complete this task in batches. Serve and take pleasure in it!
