Components:
Regarding the Wings:
- Two pounds of chicken wings
- Two tsp olive oil
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- one tsp powdered garlic
- One tsp powdered onion
- Half a teaspoon of optional paprika
- Regarding the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- one-half cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup
- 3–4 minced garlic cloves
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- One tsp of Italian spice
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Guidelines:
Warm up the oven:
- Set oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. For easier cleanup, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Get the wings ready:
- The chicken wings should be thoroughly coated after being tossed in a big bowl of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook the Wings:
- Arrange the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. They should bake for 40 to 45 minutes, rotating them halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the Sauce:
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl while the wings are roasting. Blend until a creamy, smooth consistency is achieved.
Apply a coat on the wings:
- After cooking, take the wings out of the oven and allow them to cool somewhat. Coat the wings thoroughly by tossing them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
Serve:
- After moving the wings to a serving tray, sprinkle chopped parsley on top. If preferred, serve warm with more sauce on the side.
Have fun!
