Components:

Regarding the Wings:

  1. Two pounds of chicken wings
  2. Two tsp olive oil
  3. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  4. one tsp powdered garlic
  5. One tsp powdered onion
  6. Half a teaspoon of optional paprika
  7. Regarding the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
  8. one-half cup mayonnaise
  9. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  10. Grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup
  11. 3–4 minced garlic cloves
  12. One tablespoon of lemon juice
  13. One tsp of Italian spice
  14. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  15. Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Guidelines:

Warm up the oven:

  • Set oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. For easier cleanup, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Get the wings ready:

  • The chicken wings should be thoroughly coated after being tossed in a big bowl of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the Wings:

  • Arrange the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. They should bake for 40 to 45 minutes, rotating them halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl while the wings are roasting. Blend until a creamy, smooth consistency is achieved.

Apply a coat on the wings:

  • After cooking, take the wings out of the oven and allow them to cool somewhat. Coat the wings thoroughly by tossing them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
