Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls are the ultimate no-bake treat—simple to make, irresistibly delicious, and perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick sweet snack. These little bites take everything you love about classic Rice Krispie treats and roll them into bite-sized balls, then take it up a notch with a rich chocolate coating or drizzle.
They’re made with the familiar combo of crisp rice cereal, marshmallows, and butter, but often include extras like peanut butter for richness and vanilla for flavor depth. Once rolled into balls, they’re chilled slightly and then dipped or coated in melted chocolate, making them a crunchy, chewy, chocolatey delight.
They store well, travel easily, and are a big hit with both kids and adults. Plus, you can dress them up with sprinkles, crushed nuts, or even a drizzle of white chocolate to suit any occasion.
