Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
2–4 tbsp olive oil
2–4 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed
🪴 Optional Add-ins:
1 small avocado (for extra creaminess)
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
Dash of cayenne or jalapeño for heat
Instructions:
- Blend Base Ingredients:
 In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until crumbly.
- Add Cilantro & Oil:
 Add fresh cilantro and drizzle in olive oil. Blend again until smooth. Add water gradually to reach your desired consistency.
