2 large eggs

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:

Instructions (Air Fryer Method)

Prep the Pan (2 minutes)

Lightly grease a small loaf pan (that fits in your air fryer basket). Line with parchment for easy removal.

Mix Dry Ingredients (3 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Cream Butter & Sugar (4 minutes)

In another large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Add dry ingredients gradually, alternating with milk, until just combined. (Do not overmix.)

Air Fry (30–35 minutes)

Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.

Place in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.

Cool & Coat (10 minutes)

Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and cool slightly more.

Brush with melted butter and roll or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.
