Ingredients:

Directions:

- Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, combine 60g sugar, 60g flour, and 45g cold butter. Cut the butter into the flour and sugar until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour the apple mixture into a greased pie dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the pie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
