Ingredients

To prepare these delicious homemade crepes, you will need the following ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Additional butter or oil for greasing the pan

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
Gradually add the milk and water, stirring to combine.
Add the salt and melted butter, and whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. This helps to relax the gluten and produce more tender crepes.
Cook the Crepes:
Heat a lightly oiled or buttered non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet. Immediately tilt and rotate the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly across the surface.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook the other side for another 1 minute.
Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes as you go.
Serve the Crepes:
Fill the crepes with your favorite sweet or savory fillings. For sweet crepes, try Nutella, fresh berries, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.
For savory crepes, consider ham, cheese, sautéed vegetables, or smoked salmon.
Roll or fold the crepes and serve immediately.
