- 2 clementines peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger root
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the clementines and prepare the rest of the ingredients by measuring them as listed.
- To a blender, add the clementines and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
