Clementine Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 clementines peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger root

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the clementines and prepare the rest of the ingredients by measuring them as listed.
  2. To a blender, add the clementines and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
