COB LOAF – AIR FRYER

I love cob loaf and I even remember the 1st time I had it back in NZ many years ago. I read that someone had done a cob loaf in the Air Fryer and I thought I’d give it a go in my new Mistral Air Fryer from Woolworths. Ingredients I used and method below BUT I’d love to know what do you use your air fryer for?
Ingredients:
1 x Cob Loaf
Tasty Cheese (as much or little as you want)
1 x Tub Sour Cream
1 x French Onion Soup Packet
1 x Block Cream Cheese
(Optional extras Chives, Spinach and/or Bacon)
Method:
1. Cut the top off the loaf and pull out the bread on the inside (use insides for dipping)
2. Mix cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, French onion soup in seperate microwaveable bowl
3. Microwave for a couple of minutes
4. Pour mixture into cob loaf
5. Put cob loaf in Air Fryer for 5-10 mins (check at 5 mins and then at 10 min)
6. Put the bread you pulled out from the inside of the cob and put in Air Fryer for a couple of minutes
7. Enjoy!
