COCONUT TRUFFLES

+ INGREDIENTS.

– 2 cups of dehydrated grated coconut.
– 1 carton of condensed milk.
– 1 tablespoon of butter.
– Capacillos or pyrotines for balls.

+ PREPARATION.

– In a pan, mix condensed milk, butter and grated coconut.
– Leave a cup of grated coconut reserved.
– Mix it all very well and carry on fire.
– Stir until achieved a homogeneous batter and continue to integrate with a wooden spoon until the mixture begins to get consistency and thicken.
– And when the mixture starts to separate from the bottom, remove the pan from the fire and place it on a flat surface to cool.
– When it’s cold, with the help of a spoon, make the balls with your hands, the size is to your liking.
– Then pass each ball into the reserved grated coconut.
– Place each ball in the paper cups.
