Instructions
Prep the Air Fryer & Pan
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Grease and line your cake pan with parchment paper or lightly flour it to prevent sticking.
Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the melted butter, then sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gently fold everything together until smooth with no lumps. Avoid overmixing.
Pour into Pan
Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan. Tap it lightly on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Air Fry the Cake
Place the pan in the air fryer basket carefully.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until:
A toothpick inserted comes out clean.
The top is golden brown and slightly springy.
Check at 22 minutes to avoid overbaking, as air fryer brands vary.
Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Serve warm or cooled. Great on its own or topped with a dusting of powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or Greek yogurt.
Drizzle with chocolate, caramel, or berry sauce.
Enjoy with tea or coffee.
Tips
For extra moisture: Add 1–2 tablespoons of milk or yogurt to the batter if your air fryer tends to dry things out.
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temp for 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat slices in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 300°F.
