Cookie Dough Cheesecake with Chocolate Chips
Components:
Regarding the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups of crumbs from graham crackers
- 1/4 cup of sugar, granulated
- Half a cup of melted butter
For filling the cheesecake:
- 16 ounces of softened cream cheese
- Half a cup of sugar, granulated
- One-fourth cup brown sugar
- Vanilla extract, two teaspoons
- Half a cup of heavy cream
- One cup of small chocolate chips
- One cup of homemade or premade cookie dough
Regarding the topping:
- Whipping cream
- Extra little chocolate chips
- Ganache with chocolate (optional)
Directions:
- Set the oven’s temperature to 325°F (160°C). Set aside a 9-inch springform pan that has been greased.
- Combine the sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs in a medium-sized bowl. To create the crust, firmly press the mixture into the pan’s bottom. After 10 minutes of baking, let it cool.
- Beat the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cream cheese together in a big bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the heavy cream and vanilla essence until well blended.
- Add the cookie dough pieces and small chocolate chips and fold gently.
- Smooth the top of the chilled crust after adding the cheesecake filling. For at least six hours or overnight, cover and refrigerate.
- If preferred, top with chocolate ganache, more micro chocolate chips, and whipped cream before serving.
