Cookies & Cream Dessert Tacos are a delightful mash-up of crispy taco shells and cookies & cream cheesecake filling. The shells are made from flour tortillas dusted with cinnamon sugar and shaped in the air fryer, while the filling is whipped with cream cheese, crushed Oreos, and vanilla. It’s fun, fast, and dangerously delicious!

Ingredients

For the Taco Shells:

4 small (6-inch) flour tortillas

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate shells)

For the Filling:

4 oz (half block) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

6 Oreo cookies, crushed

Pinch of salt

Toppings (optional):

Extra crushed Oreos

Mini chocolate chips

Whipped cream

Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate

Instructions

Make Cinnamon Sugar Coating (1 min)

In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder (if using).

Prepare Tortilla Shells (5 mins)

Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on both sides.

Fold tortillas in half and place a ball of foil or a taco rack in the center to hold shape.

Air Fry Taco Shells (4–6 mins)

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.

Place folded tortillas in the air fryer basket, slightly spaced.

Let cool completely to firm up.

Make Cookies & Cream Filling (5–6 mins)

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Stir in crushed Oreos.
