- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 small apple
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash, core, and dice the apple.
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the apple, oats, and peanut butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
