Creamy Banana And Apple Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash, core, and dice the apple.
  2. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the apple, oats, and peanut butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
