8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half & half for a lighter option)
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust for spice level)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
½ cup spinach, chopped (optional)
For Garnish:

Instructions
Cook the Chicken in the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F).
Set aside and keep warm.
Cook the Shrimp in the Air Fryer
Toss the shrimp with a little olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove and set aside.
Cook the Pasta
While the chicken and shrimp are cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
