Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  1. Split lengthwise, four lobster tails
  2. Three tablespoons of unsalted butter  Three minced garlic cloves
  3. Half a cup of heavy cream
  4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. Half a teaspoon of paprika
  6. – 1/4 teaspoon optional red chili flakes
  7. Two tablespoons of freshly cut parsley
  8. To taste, add salt and black pepper
  9. To serve, lemon wedges

Directions

1. Get the lobster tails ready:

  • Set the broiler on in the oven. Cut the tops of the lobster shells lengthwise with kitchen scissors, then carefully remove the flesh and place it on top of the shell for a lovely display.
