Creamy Peanut Butter Balls 😋😋😋🔥 :

 

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup (1 stick) soft butter
  2. °1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  3. °1/2 cup granulated sugar
  4. °1/2 cup light brown sugar
  5. °1 large egg
  6. °1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  7. °3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  8. °/4 teaspoon baking soda
  9. °1 cup milk chocolate chips
  10. °1/2 tsp canola or vegetable oil
  11. °1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Turn the oven on to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray to get it ready.
  2. Combine the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a stand mixer bowl or with a hand mixer until the mixture is light in color and creamy. Blend after adding the eggs.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate basin. Use a wire whisk to stir. mixing until mixed after adding to wet components.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet after shaping into 1-inch balls. Since it won’t spread much, you can fit 15 on each cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for eight minutes. As soon as the cookie is cooked, gently push it with a little glass. This will give them those really curled edges and flatten them as well.
  6. After 10 minutes of chilling on a cookie sheet, move the cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
  7. After cooling, heat chocolate chips and canola oil for two minutes in a dish that is safe to use in the microwave. Every 30 seconds, stir.
  8. As soon as possible, spread a little bit of chocolate on each cookie using a spoon.
  9. Before dusting the chocolate with powdered sugar, let it to cool entirely, which should take around two hours. Place the biscuits in the freezer or refrigerator to hasten the chilling and solidification of the chocolate.Have fun!
