These Crispy Garlic-Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are the perfect healthy snack or appetizer. Tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside, each bite is coated in a savory mix of breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, and spices. They’re budget-friendly, easy to prepare, and pair beautifully with ranch, garlic mayo, or a yogurt dip.
Ingredients
For the Cauliflower
1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crunch)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Oven Method (Most common)
Preheat Oven:
Heat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
Prep the Cauliflower:
Wash and cut cauliflower into medium-sized florets. Pat dry well.
Seasoning Mix:
In a large bowl, combine:
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Coat the Cauliflower:
Add the florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly.
Add Breadcrumbs & Parmesan:
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and parmesan over the cauliflower and mix until coated evenly.
Bake:
Spread cauliflower evenly on the tray, leaving space between pieces.
Bake 22–28 minutes, turning once halfway.
Remove when golden brown and crispy.
Garnish:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dip.
Air Fryer Method
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place seasoned, breaded cauliflower in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Tips for Best Results
Dry the cauliflower completely after washing — this helps the coating stick and get crispy.
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
If you want it spicy, add:
½ tsp chili powder OR
A few drops of hot sauce to the seasoning.
