Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 500 g milk (2 cups)
- 20 g oil (2 tbsp)

- 3 eggs, beaten
- 30 g flour (1/4 cup)

Directions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel and cube the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash well.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Sauté the chopped onions in oil until translucent. Add diced bell pepper and cook until softened.
