Crispy Ritz Cracker Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Coating: In a large bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
3. Butter the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, coating them thoroughly.
