Ingredients:

2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 large egg

Sea salt for sprinkling

For the optional dip:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions:
 Prepare ingredients:
Preheat oven to 375°F
 Line baking sheets with parchment
 Chop spinach very finely
 Grate parmesan freshly
Mix ingredients:
 Combine cheese and spinach
Add minced garlic
 Mix in seasonings
 Beat egg and add to mixture
 Stir until well combined
3. Form crisps:
Scoop 2 tablespoons per crisp
 Place on parchment paper
 Flatten into thin circles
 Leave space between each
 Bake crisps:
Bake for 12-15 minutes

 Let cool for 5 minutes
 Transfer to cooling rack
5. Make dip:
 Mix all dip ingredients
Chill until serving
 Garnish with chives
