Date and Peanut Sesame Rolls
Ingredients:
- Peanuts: 100g
- Dates: 300g, pitted
- Sesame Seeds: 30g, toasted
- White Chocolate: 90g, melted
- Dark Chocolate: 15g, melted
Directions:
- Prepare the Base:
- Grind 100g of peanuts and 300g of dates into a smooth, homogeneous mass using a food processor.

- Toast 30g of sesame seeds until fragrant. Take 1/3 of the toasted sesame seeds and mix them into the date and peanut mixture.
- Form the Roll:
- Shape the mixture into a long sausage and roll it well in the remaining sesame seeds.
- Make an Indentation:
- Using your fingers, create an indentation along the length of the sausage to give it shape, then seal the sides at the ends.
- Mix the Sesame:
- Melt the Chocolate:
- Melt 90g of white chocolate and 15g of dark chocolate separately. First, drizzle the white chocolate along the indentation, followed by the dark chocolate to create a decorative pattern.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the roll for several hours until firm. Once set, cut into bite-sized portions and enjoy with tea or coffee.
