Decadent Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
1/4 cup unsalted butter 🧈
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1/2 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice 🍋
1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️ (for color)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat up, placing it on top of the shell for presentation.
Lightly season the lobster meat with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Cook the Lobster Tails:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon some of the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
4️⃣ Broil for Extra Color:
For a golden finish, switch your oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Keep an eye on the lobster to prevent overcooking.
5️⃣ Serve with Extra Sauce:
Drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster tails.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
