Delectable Stuffing Balls and Turkey
Components:
- One pound of ground turkey (white or dark flesh)
- One cup of homemade or store-bought stuffing mix
- Half a cup of turkey or chicken broth
- One large egg and half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- One little onion, cut finely; two minced garlic cloves
- One teaspoon of dried sage
- The dried thyme, one teaspoon
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- One tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley (optional; garnish)
- For greasing, use non-stick spray or olive oil.
Directions:
1. Get the oven ready:
Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. A baking sheet can be lightly oiled with non-stick spray or lined with parchment paper.
2. Get the stuffing mix ready:
Put the chicken broth and stuffing mix in a small bowl. Allow the stuffing mix to sit for five minutes to absorb the liquid after stirring until it is thoroughly wet.
3. Get the Turkey Mixture ready:
Combine the ground turkey, egg, chopped onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
4. Include the Filling:
Fold the turkey mixture into the prepared stuffing mixture very gently. To give the turkey balls texture, you want the stuffing to stay in pieces, so be careful not to overmix.
5. Give the meatballs shape:
Make 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs out of the turkey mixture with your hands, then arrange them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Depending on size, 18–20 meatballs should be provided.
6. Bake the Stuffing Balls and Turkey:
The meatballs should be cooked thoroughly and golden brown after 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven (the internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
7. Offer:
After baking, take the stuffing balls and turkey out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Serve with gravy, cranberry sauce, or your preferred dipping sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley if you’d like.
Advice:

Variations in Stuffing: You can use any kind of stuffing mix. Chopped apples, cranberries, or even some chopped cooked bacon can be added to the stuffing mixture to enhance its flavor.
