Ingredients
For the Almond Oatmeal Base:
1 cup (100 g) almonds
1 cup (90 g) oatmeal
4 tablespoons (24 g) oats
1 full tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon salt
Enough oil for greasing
For the Filling:
1 avocado
1 teaspoon sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces
1 drop of water
1 pinch of salt
